FAQs

Is an introductory meeting possible?
Yes, a personal introductory meeting is possible and recommended.

How can I receive updates while I'm away?
You will receive regular updates in the form of photos or messages so that you know your pet is doing well.

What happens if my pet behaves unusually?
I will inform you immediately and discuss the next steps with you.

How long should a visit last?
I recommend a visit duration of about 60 minutes for cats. For many cats, the mere presence of a stranger in their home is already a stressful experience. Therefore, it's important to proceed calmly and patiently, giving the cat time to approach and build trust – instead of rushing through everything.

What happens in an emergency?
In case of an emergency, I will contact you immediately. If you are unavailable, I will act to the best of my knowledge and judgement, based on my experience in animal welfare – always in the best interests and for the well-being of your animal.

How are the visits planned?
The visits are planned individually according to your pet's needs and in consultation with you.
